How to Submit an Offer
Thank you for your interest in purchasing our home! To submit an offer, please follow these steps:
Prepare Your Offer: Include the proposed purchase price, any contingencies (e.g., financing, inspection, or appraisal), proposed closing date, and earnest money deposit amount. If you are not using a realtor, you can find Oregon property forms here. Note: The sellers are retiring and preferred earliest closing date is July 15. Sellers will permit inspections, but will not make any repairs of a strictly cosmetic nature.
Provide Proof of Funds or Pre-Approval: Attach any pre-approval documents from your lender (if financing) or proof of funds (for cash offers).
Submit in Writing: Email your complete offer as a PDF to YourCorvallisHome@outlook.com. Ensure all documents are signed and dated. E-signatures are acceptable for offers, but seller will require physical signatures for acceptance.
Include Contact Information: Provide your full name, phone number, and email address so we can follow up with you, or the contact information for your real estate agent.
Deadline for Offers: All offers will be considered as they are received. We will respond to all offers with 48 hours.
